JBL GT522 and GT422 speaker packaging was designed for a young, mid-tier consumer market. The package design was typographic, and used duotone speaker images, and distressed graphics that radiated from the speaker to indicate rhythm. The color palette used PMS spot colors of gold, blue and white.
