ATMEL AUTOMOTIVE CAMPAIGN

Creative: Visuals were of a high performance vehicle with an icon overlay of interconnected components. An MCU chip was placed in the center of the illustration to convey Atmel MCU innovation impacting the driving performance throughout the vehicle systems. The headline, "Atmel Driven,” stressed Atmel's commitment to automotive technology.

Audience: Dedicated campaign to engineers, purchasing, and key decision makers.
Goal: The campaign’s goals were to establish Atmel as the “Go To” MCU supplier, increase revenue,
drive people to Atmel.com and Atmel Automotive’s campaign microsite, increase lead global generation, and improve contact/lead quality.

Campaign Components: Microsite, video, brochures, data sheets, social media email nurture campaign, PR, paid for clicks, and targeted ads and infographics. Content was pushed through all social media channels.

Results: 55% increase in automotive page visits. 93% increase in data sheet downloads, with over 200K videos viewed. Email open rate between 33% for non-technical and 44% for technical tract. The click thru rate for the nurture campaign was between 3.4 and 5%.
